The jewelry is really pretty, and I absolutely love the idea behind it, no question. But for the price, I was 100% expecting it to feel a little more special or have that “wow” factor, and it just didn’t quite get there for me. Shipping was totally fine and there weren’t any real problems at all, but I’m not convinced the value is fully there.

The name engraving wasn’t what I asked for. Disappointing

I ordered a necklace from dunejewelry.com, and while checkout was easy enough, the waiting part was more frustrating than I expected. I didn’t get clear shipping updates, and I ended up emailing twice before anyone got back to me.

The necklace did eventually show up, just later than I thought it would. The jewelry concept is really nice, but if you’re ordering from them, I’d suggest giving yourself extra time and being prepared to follow up if you don’t hear anything

I tried to exchange a bracelet and, it was kind of a hassle. The replies were slow, and I’m fairly sure I still had to cover the return shipping myself. Maybe that’s normal for them, but it didn’t really feel worth it to me.

Overall, I’m happy with it. The ring feels sturdy and looks nice in person. There was one minor rough edge, and I think it’s only fair to mention that, but it’s not a dealbreaker for me. Decent quality overall

It’s a really nice-looking piece and the sand detail does seem genuine, at least from what I can tell. I just felt like there wasn’t quite enough context or info included to confirm what the materials actually are. It doesn’t come across as fake or anything, I just would’ve felt better with a little more explanation.

It might be fine if you’re buying something for yourself and already know what to expect, but as a present, I wouldn’t go this route again. Based on this experience, I probably wouldn’t use Dune Jewelry for gifting in the future.

I reached out for help and didn’t feel like anyone actually tried to assist me. I don’t expect anything over the top, but I do have a basic standard for customer service, and this just didn’t meet it.

I was annoyed when this showed up. The box looked messy and poorly handled, like whoever packed it just didn’t care at all. I expected at least a little effort, but this was disappointing.
